Using this website

The texts, photographs, logos and designs on this website belong to Ondulado Creativo or to their owners, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Some links take you to other websites, such as YouTube or Clapperboard. Those websites have their own rules, and we are not responsible for their content.

Your personal data

What we collect. Only what you choose to send us: through the contact form (your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you add it, and your message), or when you write to us by email or WhatsApp.

Why. To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or work together. The legal basis is your own request (steps before a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in replying to you (articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Who sees it. Only Ondulado Creativo. The contact form sends your message to us by email through our hosting provider in Spain. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If we then work together, for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, limit it or receive a copy, by writing to hello@ondulado.art. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Technical records. Like every website, our hosting provider's server briefly records technical details of each visit (such as the IP address, browser and page requested) to keep the website working and secure.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies: no advertising, no statistics and no tracking. Nothing is stored on your device, not even your sound on or off choice. That is why there is no cookie notice.
